In the silence of La Ferme de la Colline, in the presence of the horses, time slows down.
The heart softens and naturally attunes to the rhythm of the living world. It is this particular frequency that I wanted to capture for us through my collections of heart coherence candles.
Because our journeys together open doors within us, I created Éclats de Cohérence, a ritual support to extend what we have discovered and weave it into our daily lives.
The horse is a master of heart coherence: its powerful heart positively influences the heart rhythm of the human beside it.
My candles are its sensory extension.
The science of inner calm:
5 minutes of breathing guided by the flame, 3 times a day, to reduce our stress and restore our balance.
Each candle is the keeper of our stability. I designed this collection around the 3.6.5 heart coherence practice:

A ritual of time: A burn 3 times a day to accompany us through our 5 minutes of heart coherence — at a rate of 6 breaths per minute.

1. Les Saisons - The Seasons
Attuning to the Earth’s natural cycles.
This collection invites us to align our breath with the energies of nature. Each season carries a quality we need at certain moments of our lives, whatever the time of year.

L'Elan (Spring): To let movement emerge and cultivate trust. Like nature awakening, this candle accompanies new beginnings, budding projects and the desire to get moving again.

La Présence - Summer: To ground ourselves in the here and now and let our vitality shine. It invites us to savour the fullness of the moment, the light and the simple joy of being alive.

L'Ancrage - Autumn: To return to what truly matters and rest on a renewed sense of stability. Like a tree letting its leaves fall, it helps us release what weighs us down and keep only what nourishes us.

Le Repos - Winter: To honour silence and let renewal do its work. It offers a nurturing pause, to settle, regenerate and rediscover our inner warmth.
2. Horizons
The thread of time: Aligning our personal story.
A breathing journey through our own time, connecting our past, our present and our aspirations. Used at different moments of the day, these three candles weave a thread between the path we have walked and who we wish to become.

Héritage - The Past: To honour our journey, release the past and integrate its lessons. Ideal in the evening, to welcome the day that has passed and recognise all it has taught us.

L'Instant - The Present: To step away from mental noise and savour the deep safety of the present. Ideal at midday, as a pause to come back to ourselves before carrying on.

L'Envol - The Future: To clarify our intention and dare to reach towards new possibilities. Ideal in the morning, to choose the direction we want to give our day.
3. Animal Awakening
Awakening the animal strength that lies dormant within us.
The horse, the she-wolf and the eagle each embody a strength that we also carry. These candles help us awaken the one we need, whether we discovered it alongside the horses or it is simply calling to us.

Each candle contains about 100 ml of natural plant-based wax, gently scented with essential oils. It will accompany you for more than 150 five-minute rituals, nearly two months of practice at three times a day. It comes with its ritual card, its cloth pouch and its guided audio, accessible via QR code.
The 4 Seasons gift box: more than 600 rituals for a whole year of coherence.
