Our approach
Our in-person seminars, supported by the presence of horses, invite participants to explore and experience the cooperative leadership model inspired by the Eponaquest® approach. This model emphasizes emotional intelligence, body awareness, intuition, nonverbal communication, and presence as essential components of embodied and impactful leadership.

Experiential learning with horses provides immediate feedback: participants test their relational abilities in real time, adjust their posture, and integrate new insights in a lasting way. We offer individual coaching sessions facilitated by horses, specially designed for leaders, managers, entrepreneurs, and project initiators wishing to strengthen their posture, clarity, and presence.

No equestrian experience is required — all activities take place on the ground, in a safe and supportive environment, at the pace of your own development.

These sessions foster deep self-awareness and a lasting integration of learning, thanks to direct interaction with the horse — a true mirror of nonverbal communication, coherence, and authentic leadership.
